Do you want to impress with a truly original promotional item? That is not easy today.
You certainly do not want to give your customers something they have already received from someone else.
You would like to offer something interesting and memorable — but it is still a free giveaway. That is why the cost of the promotional item plays a crucial role.
Let us inspire you with two recent examples from our practice.
DIY Screwdrivers
A home accessories retailer was preparing to open a new store in the center of Prague. The grand opening needed to be unique and impressive — yet fully aligned with the brand’s philosophy. They wanted to incorporate 3D printing in a meaningful way.
We quickly developed a creative concept:
What if customers received small screwdrivers, partially 3D printed, that they could assemble themselves?
Each screwdriver would feature the client’s logo and be packaged in a small bag together with a playful, business-card-sized assembly guide.
The concept perfectly reflected how we perceived the brand — practical, hands-on, and creative.
Two professional 3D printers would be installed directly in the new store during the opening day, operated by our specialist who would print additional screwdrivers live. Visitors could watch how their promotional item was made.
The price per screwdriver depended on the order volume. For an order of 2,000 units, the cost would not exceed 50 CZK per piece, including packaging and instructions. The rental of two professional 3D printers for the entire day, including live technical support, was less than 10,000 CZK. No refundable deposit was required in this case.

Miniatures of Your Own Products
A satisfied customer recommended us to their business partner — a manufacturer of several types of goods transport equipment. Instead of traditional printed brochures, they considered producing scaled-down replicas of their machines. Sales representatives could leave these miniatures with potential clients or use them as tangible presentation tools.
We proposed two options:
- Highly detailed 1:30 scale miniatures that could serve as keychains
- Larger 1:15 scale replicas designed as sales presentation tools
The customer committed to purchasing an agreed volume over the following calendar year in order to benefit from a larger volume discount. However, they only pay for the quantities actually delivered. This approach is commonly referred to as manufacturing on demand or just-in-time manufacturing.
If you exhibit at trade fairs, operate a showroom, or regularly present your products to clients and partners — but cannot physically transport your full-sized equipment — we can produce an accurate scale model in the most suitable format.
We would be happy to discuss the details during a visit to our showroom or remotely, according to your preference.
