Series Production of Functional Parts Using 3D Printing

For ASSA ABLOY, the world leader in security solutions and innovative entrance system technologies, we carried out series production of functional plastic parts for a lock carriage. Thanks to SLA 3D printing, we ensured high precision, mechanical strength, and repeatability of the production. This solution enabled the fast delivery of hundreds of parts without the need for expensive molds, with a strong focus on quality and process efficiency.
