Functional Prototypes of Open-Ear Headphones

Development and production of precision parts for consumer electronics

For Sentien, we developed and manufactured a set of functional open-ear headphone prototypes with a focus on detail, precision, and aesthetics. By combining SLA 3D printing, vacuum casting, and custom jigs, we achieved high surface quality, precise fit, and reliable mechanical performance. The result is a validated production concept ready for mass manufacturing.
