Custom Trophy Manufacturing Using SLA 3D Printing

For the agency UGO! Media, we delivered the custom development and production of premium trophies for the global automotive brand Škoda Auto. The goal was to create representative awards meeting high requirements for visual quality, mechanical stability, and manufacturing repeatability, with the option for easy customization.

The solution combines SLA 3D printing of the trophy body, CNC-machined acrylic components, and structural optimization to ensure mechanical stability even with an inclined geometry. Thanks to the integration of an internal weight, the final trophy has a solid, premium feel, comparable to a traditional metal award. The design was also prepared for small-batch production with minimal variation between individual pieces.
